Never been and going to Cascais 8th of July,anyone been there?

Been to Praia de Roche (sp)

Dove in the shallow end of the pool before I'd even left my bags up to the appartment and cracked my head open.

 

fs,some one on the radio today did same thing but ended up paralyzed

 

I had what I thought was a Creek in my neck for the rest of the week and drank through it. Came home and still sore so went to the hospital and one of my vertebrae had near come out.

Follow up appointment with a top doc and he said its a miracle I was able to walk to the appointment.

Never been to Cascais Mick, i'm strictly an Algarve guy, if the people are half as nice in Cascais as they are everywhere else you can't go wrong.
