An Argyle fight back had Vale hanging on for a draw.....Radio Stoke admitted that Port Vale where very lucky in the second half to hang on for a replay.
Pity they did then although a replay does give Argyle a few more quid. I did switch on the radio for a short time but by the time I did Argyle were one down and when I put it back on again they were two down so I didn't bother after that. Must admit thought it was all over then. I see Reid scored again then plym........Oh ye of little faith....
Radio Devon lived up to it's usual level by disappearing completely at 4-30 pm....a pasoti poster gave a link to Radio Stoke, you could feel how nervous they where as Argyle went for a win....good commentary team gave Argyle lots of praise for replacing Reid with Boco instead of a defender. Purrington came on as a second half sub and had a dream moment by scoring the equalizer....the midas touch comes to mind....a brilliant draw after giving Vale a two goal start.
