Firstly, Arry leaving Spuds..not that alone, but the fact that I had Lambert down as next THFC manager. If he'd have gone to Spuds Im sure we'd all have been pleased and wished him all the best. The thing that makes me smile? The fact that Lambo is kicking the feck out of his dog for jumping too quick...!! (I don't condone animal cruelty), (no animals were hurt during this ponder).

Secondly, as sad as it is for football in general, the fact that the Mighty Gers have fallen. To think they thought they had a right to join our top flight, just because they're one of the big guns in sweaty sock land... No, ya pay ya dues and earn your right. To think you can owe money left, right and centre then just go into administration, just to "start afresh" and ****te on the little man... Glad the tax man has put his foot down.

Finally, looking forward to the coming season, being in good shape squad wise, financially and having a new manager... Can't wait.

Oh, and the suns out for second day running...BBQ time!!!!

tbh, I dream of days when the temperature drops below 25 mate! We get maybe 3 or 4 days in December when it just goes under 20 and it feels bloody freezing! I even have to wear a jacket in the day <yikes>

crawley must have it's own special micro-climate created by the planes over gatwick, as it's pretty cloudy here in north hampshire!
you could still have a Bar BQ in it though <ok>

Sympathize with Thai on this one. At the moment temp in the low 30's but the humidity is around 85%, it means you are sweating your B***s off all the time, when you are away from the air-con. Actually look forward to winter, when the temps drops a little and it is pleasant to be outside. Never mind at least I have the Caribbean to cool off in : )

Both Perth and the Pilbara have cooled down a lot now that it is winter.... I know we don't get the humidity but when you are working outside all day and its over 45 degrees you kind of hate everyone and everything regardless of whether it is good or bad!

and rightly so! It's was always nice to come here for a few weeks and soak up the sun in the UK winter months, but every day of the year gets a bit too much at times!

I certainly do not miss it but the missus (who has only ever seen it on TV) thinks it's really brilliant! I would like her to try living in the UK climate, it would be two jumpers and a coat - in the summer <laugh>
