Ford Heath; the middle of nowhere
Well, there we are. Nice way to end the season, good atmosphere and excellent support as anticipated from the visitors. Nice touch with both sets of fans applauding each other at the end; just a shame it was marred after the game by a handful of idiots at the Brooklands.

It's always great when a game has lots of goals to keep you on the edge of your seats.

Been hearing a lot of complimentary comments about your stewards who were great, especially the Head Steward who got the team to go over to the fans at the end (which is what they like to do after each game). I think he has now got a whole load of beach balls that he doesn't know what to do with <laugh>

Less complimentary about West Mercia police though, outside the stadium - seems they were intent on kettling the away fans.

There were a lot of Warwickshire police drafted in as well which were the vans leaving the car park rapidly after the game. It might not have been West Mercia.

We have been after a good central defender and free kick taker all season then we find a defender called Goldson sat in the reserves and a left back who had got a 100% goal record in two consecutive games.
