Pompey looking at Blackburn Rovers midfielder Amine Linganzi

    Sky Sports understands Portsmouth are lining up a move for Blackburn midfielder Amine Linganzi.

    Portsmouth boss Michael Appleton is looking to bolster his threadbare squad and has targeted a move for Frenchman Linganzi.

    Linganzi joined Blackburn from St Etienne in January 2010, but has failed to establish himself at Ewood Park.

    The 22-year-old has only made four first-team appearances for Rovers and he is well down the pecking order in Steve Kean's plans.

    Linganzi, who had a loan spell at Preston in January 2011, could be tempted by a move away from Blackburn in search of regular first-team football.

    You don't need a winger, Adam - I reckon Nigel Sadkins should be looking at new goalkeepers/full backs/centre backs/defensive midfielders, if you want to stay up this season.........

    Well, 3rd eye, I don't know about you, but I am becoming extremely sick to death of the intrusion of certain WUMS on our site.

    You'd think they would be happy that Nigel has taken them to the "Promised Land" (although I think he will bring them straight back down again) and stick to their own page to discuss important topics like attendances/signings/new shirts/new pies, etc.

    They must have very sad unfulfilled lives, simple minds, or something on those lines.

    I can now see why Richie and Sweep deserted NOT606 - I don't blame him in the slightest <ok>

    Actually I think we get off lightly Wooperts - do you ever pop over and take a quick look at their board? They have a lot of posters on there so statistically it's probably about average but if I was a Saints fan I'd have been gone a long time ago. Just glad they don't come on here. And as for the use of "scummers" being frowned on here their board is liberally sprinkled with "skates".

    Funny though about Rich/Sweep - he just suddenly disappeared without any reason I could see.
