Why has Cardiff City Stadium still not been renamed? Those who took part in my little poll yesterday (anyone seen my little poll?), overwhelmingly voted for Lego to sponsor the name. Any other thoughts?
Principality Stadium is an obvious contender!

I reckon COSWAY has to be on the frame. The Cosway Stadium or The Cosway Arena.

Personally, I'm happy with Cardiff City Stadium. It's to the point and after all, that is who we are. No doubt the money men will get their way but some things should just be left alone imo

Agree with that - leave it alone. Unless we can come up with something non commercial that's appropriate.

There is no point in getting sponsorship for a name yet because Sam will start shouting that the money is his. Better let them get Sam totally out of the picture before they even think about sponsorship money.
But then we seem to be toddling along quite well at the moment without being tied to some stupid name like ricoh or whatever so there is no rush is there?
Even when we do get a sponsored name its likely to be one of VT's friends using as a way of shoving a few million into the kitty. There's a name Sultan Stadium. (Only joking)

Agree. Thats my thinking behind the Cosway name (I dropped the 'e' because it looks shocking) if/when the Malkaysians acquire the naming rights

Only problem with the stadium name is the slightly bigger club oop north who have a similar sounding name to theirs, thus ours gets called "The City Of Cardiff Stadium", really gets on my tits that. I don't care what it's called as long as it doesn't have the word 'arena' anywhere near it. It's a stadium, not an arena! There's an arena in town, the C.I.A, that doesn't get called a stadium.
