Presumably you forward your account number and sort code to the Bank of Iran and they transfer the money as soon as the job’s done?
All this is similar to the conflict with Japan and the states all those years ago..............What puzzles me is why Iraq is so upset about it................... I'm being told though that Iran is gradually taking Iraq over.....is this right?.........
I've done a bit of checking on that Badge. How official the bounty isn't clear. There are lots of threats from both sides as can be expected with Trump saying he'd flatten cultural sites. That smacks of ISIS destruction levels.

At one of Soleimani's funerals in Mashhad, an unnamed eulogist appeared to call on the Iranian people to aid that retaliation by donating money. Americans do like to shoot a President, and it's been a while since someone took a shot at Big Ron, so they're probably overdue.
