You can still pre-order the commemorative coin for the summit on the website for the White House gift shop. The redesign (to include the President of South Korea) hasn't been announced, but if it includes Kim's many chins and Trump's neck flab, as the original did, I don't think that I can turn down the opportunity to own a piece of history-that-wasn't for $20 USD.

Not sure about that...so many people had the same thought that the gift shop website has been virtually impossible to load since yesterday afternoon. The masses know a good deal when they see one.

This could be bigger than Bitcoin.

I'm calling it now - ****coin; it's going to be a terrific investment <ok>

Indeed. Still not ideal -- there are plenty of issues that can crop up thereafter that effectively render a pregnancy nonviable, and it's not clear that is covered -- but progress.

Yeah, but America I think is following an established pattern whereby it undergoes massive upheavel and internal strife, before moving confidently forward again. It always has done up til now anyway.

Except with the loonies now in charge of the asylum there, there’s a risk of such long term damage they may never get it right again.

Maybe - but I doubt it. They'll keep getting loads wrong, if course. But I think they'll keep moving forward.

I'm not feeling anywhere near as optimistic about dear old Blighty's future, unfortunately.
