She's doing better than I thought she would tbh. Not easy being in the ring with this guy.
Her record is there for all to see though. No getting away from the fact she has performed more U turns than an Uber Driver with a wonky sat nav.

Brexit is strong ground for her though. Plenty of people buy this sloganeering, Rule Brittania stuff.
I just would like to answer it without some one line filler she was told to say. Do many politicians do this ****, it's sad.
She did answer. She's prepared to leave the table without a deal.
Pretty sure any serious economist would conclude that no deal would be a ****ing disaster. But May, and the Mail, Sun and Express, do not agree. So get ready for disaster.
Yeah, a lot of people love all that and she knows it. She's no Thatcher though (thank god!).
I meant her whole interview. Almost all her questions ramble on to something completely different.

It's as if you can see a light go on in her head, as she rewinds her memory, to spew out prepared answers that may or may not be relevant to the question placed.
She really is a very poor politician. Can't think on her feet at all.
I totally agree with this statement.
I watched most of the Channel 4 programme and felt that Paxman was awful. The questioning was just rude and the method of putting both politicians under the spotlight crude. Having said that, even provoked and given some awkward questions such as the alleged support for the IRA, Jeremy Corbyn fended the questions off with aplomb. In fact, he looked very much the statesman whereas it was Theresa May who seemed like the usurper who was totally out of her depth. She was nervous from the start and the answers she gave to the audience did not seem convincing.
It is strange to say this but tonight seemed like an "I agree with Nick" moment. Corbyn just grew in stature, never responded to Paxman's bludgeoning style of questioning in anything but a calm and reasoned manner. It is as if we are seeing the spin and lack of connection that has given politicians a bad name over the last 40 years is being sloughed off by Corbyn. I strongly believe it will be a tragedy if the country rejects him on 8th June but the performance tonight is strongly suggestive that he is, at last, rising to the challenge and delivering the goods people hoped he would when he was first made leader of the Labour Party. It will be fascinating to see the polls tomorrow. What is the betting that Labour won't be in the lead come Friday?

I think that people are seeing that Jeremy Corbyn is sincere. There is no "Trump effect" - what you are seeing is a politician who has conviction and believes in what he says. This is why people are connecting with him. For once , there is no spin, no politics for the sake of keeping a party in power and no avoiding answering the questions. In comparison, May looks like something from another era. Hugely impressed by JC after tonight whereas I had previously felt he has under-performed.
