Police take no action over 'monkey chant'

A man who was arrested on suspicion of racist behaviour after Chelsea's League Cup win over Manchester United on 31 October will face no further action.

Absolutely disgusting. Clearly and blatantly seen gesturing towards Welbeck, what's not to charge him with?

I don't suppose the home of racism have done anything to punish the individual either? Such as banning him for life or taking away his season ticket? He'll probably be a mascot for the next home game or given the captains arm-band and lead out the team

If you had bothered doing your research before embarrassing yourself on this forum you would know he is not a season ticket holder.
