The reporter was obviously in the dog an duck and not at the match... the BBC also reported that we were 2-0 up for most of the afternoon.
sky must have changed their mind literally over 10 times throughout the game, saying 2-0 then 2-1 then back to 2-0 and then 2-1 etc etc. they also kept changing the goal scorer for torquay saying own goal then a torquay player then an own goal again then torquay player etc etc. each time it scared the crap out of me. the radio coverage is a bit behind so when sky showed the goal correction i kept thinking torquay had scored again. i gived up on both bbc points west and itv westcountry.
Where you refer to sky, that information comes from the Press Association, who run theirs and all other vidiprinters and provide the live text on BBC. Therefore the score/scorers is down to them and not the broadcasters.
