So, in the last two years, a club promoted from L1 has gone on to get promotion to the Premiership Who of the three promoted clubs this season will do best in the Championship and will the fight between the Owls and ourselves for Antonio have any bearing on it? Rhodes had a crap game at Wembley but will he be at Galpharm for next season and if so, will he score 30+ goals again? AllHell Being Addicks I do not expect any biased voting that being said...... we are by far the greatest team the world has ever seen....and it's....Charlton Athletic.....Charlton Athletic FC
Morning AllHell - I like these pointless polls, very entertaining. Not sure if my vote counted as I'm still on my Dad's system with no editing, PMs or icons but I've gone for our goodselves. IMO Udders are going to struggle - even if they keep Rhodes, some of the backup players look a little short on ideas. Massive will struggle, but only under the weight of expectation but will do OK, we will go quietly and efficiently about our business and finish in upper mid-table comfort. In Chrissy We Trust.
Yes mate, your vote is there Last season we bought players we thought capable of playing in the Championship so this summer, are we going after Premiership quality players? I think Udders will be OK, bottom half but OK. (doing a Posh) Massive will be top half but play off contenders. (doing a Brighton) Now then? who else went up with Posh and Brighton?....and where did they finish? In Chrissy (and wads of Cash) We Trust
Yes, after all the jibes about the amount of (non-existent) cash we've spent this season, I certainly wouldn't be embarrassed about spending piles of real cash next season.
Have to agree with Kish - I think Dave Jones is a top, top Championship manager. He has the knowledge of the league with a great track record to boot. That said, his downfall was failing to get teams out, so I'll plump for them next season, but bet we will get promoted before them
It pains me to say it, but I think the MASSIVE will do better than us. There's obviously a long way to go yet, but as it stands I would not be surprised if Dave Jones got them to the play-offs. Look at what Brighton and Southampton did - being champions the season before means nothing.
