    Guys on behalf of Valley and myself I'd like to explain how we want to mod this board . We all support the same Team, we all like a bit of banter , constructive argument , and debate . However we don't like continuous bad mouthing or continued personal attacks of our members . We will let a few slide but if you continue abusing fellow posters please expect your postings to be deleted and to receive a warning . If you continue you will receive a ban to allow for a cooling off . If after that you come back and be abusive the ban will get longer .

    I hope this meets with the majoritys approval .
