    lance.jpg Hello.
I know most of the people on here won't know this guy, he is a fellow Hull City fan who is in need of a little help from as many people he can. If we could get every City fan who attends tomorrows game could donate just £2 that would give 3/4 of the total needed.
Here is the post he put on facebook earlier.

Well this is me now! As you can see by the walking stick, I'm not in the best of health. I have not worked now for the last two years, and have now have been forced to leave work because my illness is getting worse. As some of my friends and family know, I suffer from M.S. (Multiple sclerosis) I have had this illness for eight years now, but it's getting worse.

On a good day I can manage about 50 yards walking, but I don't have many of these days as I now have to rely on a wheelchair and my scooter. However, I now have a glimmer of hope! In July I hope to be having treatment in Mexico to hopefully halt the progress of this nasty illness. I hope to be having H.S.C.T. stem cell treatment with chemotherapy, (a programme will be shown soon on Panorama for those unaware of this treatment). This will not rid me of my M.S but it will stop it from progressing and putting me in a wheelchair full time and having to be dressed and washed by my wife. I will be out there for 4 weeks, but unfortunately my wife Kimi won't be with me as she has been off work for 10 months recently having suffered from cancer, and I don't think it's fair to put her through me having chemo when she has just been through it! So I will have to take a family member or friend with me.

Now the down side... This treatment is going to cost me approximately £40000 as our NHS will not fund this, as I'm beyond their criteria. This is the cheapest treatment in the world at the moment, and looks like a very nice hospital with great results. I don't have the money without begging the bank manager for a loan which I couldn't afford to repay. I have been saving every penny I can, even though I am now currently out of work due to this illness, and I have close friends who are also trying to fund raise for me, So the upshot is that I am being cheeky and I'm asking for help from friends, family and strangers. I have set up a Just Giving site for help. If anybody could help me out with even just a pound, a dollar or a euro - It all helps. If you have any fund raising ideas please bear me in mind and could you share this post with everybody so even a complete stranger could become a friend, I would like to get my life back and my family's so we can enjoy living again. My site is

    Many thanks,

    Your humble friend Lance.
