I now hate Thursdays! Thursday of anticipation turning to Thursday of dejection. Thursday dawns with optimism to watch the sun set on the altar of gloom. Thursday that starts brightly yet ends in deep darkness. Thursday spent trawling the QPR news and pretending to be interested in work. Thursdays of hope deferred - again!! Please - announce a signing tomorrow or Wednesday so we can enjoy at least one Thursday in January! Come on Tony, Amit and Phil. You know it's the right thing to do!!
It was CernyBerny who invented the Thursday thing. Unless you believe the earth is flat, and David Icke is son of the godhead, I think you can relax about Thursdays. And let's face it, the day after is ...TFIF!
Well Thursday is traditionally the day that the premiership managers hold their weekly press conference so maybe that's where Berny got that from.
