    http://www.talksport.co.uk/sports-n.../stoke-and-sunderland-target-barcelona-coach?

Stoke and Sunderland are interested in attaining the services of Oscar Garcia, the soon-to-be available coach of Barcelona's youth team, according to reports in Spain.
The former Barca and Valencia player has been at La Masia since 2010 and before that he was assistant to then Catalonia manager Johan Cruyff.
But he will leave Catalan club's relentlessly successful academy and he already has suitors all across Europe.
According to Catalonia-based newspaper Sport, both Sunderland and Stoke are interested in adding the 38-year-old tactician to their backroom staff if he decides to move to England.

If (big if) this is true, hope Bally remains part of the setup.

Our Academy is producing some really good potential at the moment, and Mr Ball has been a big part of that.

Having said that, if we can get some players coming through who can pass the ball half as well as Barca (Arsenal level?) I won't say no...

i dont think he'd replace bally, just do the parts of the game that bally wasnt as good at etc. Bally is too important to the youth team to get rid.

I've said this lots of times but I'd like to see Kevin moved up the ranks and into the first team. He could be groomed for the big job in a few years time to succeed Mon, in 6 or 7 years and after we have filled the trophy cabinet a bit of course. Lol

Carry the players to games, mostly. It won't be involved in anything tactical...

Would be that great a thing though? He hasn't lasted long at Barca in coaching terms. Particularly when you consider he is one their own. And his jobs for the boys role with Catalonia National Team because he had played for Barca while Cruyff was there or just after, isn't anything to write home about.
