My take on the players and concerns regards the season so far-

Parish on what i have seen so far, needs to be no1 much more confident, and ball distribution.

Moloney generally had a decent game, but needs to improve his passing of the ball.

Flint had a excellent game, and will get better and better as games go by.

Williams had a decent game, needs to keep playing, again a player that will improve with game time.

Shorey is a class act still only 31,needs to play,he is head and shoulders above Cunningham.

Wagstaff was the best player on the pitch today, caused the most damage going forward, more to his all round game than Adomah.

Pack had a steady game, but needs to concentrate more,i think he will get better as time goes by.

Bobby Reid,he played reasonably well, but the sub was correct,he needs to build himself up a little, let's hope he turns out to be the next Gerry Gow.

Joe Bryan, well in my opinion he is fine running with the ball, but he is frightened to death to try and go past players, this is something he needs to do if he going to be a regular in the team,he needs to bring more to his game.

JET,what can i say we would be bottom of the table without this man on the pitch, lazy may be,but this guy is too good for league 1,needs to become more of a team player, but a quality player that will be one of the first on the team sheet.

Baldock, this guy has not done it since his move to us,needs 6 chances before he puts it in the net,he needs to improve his strike ratio big time,he also needs support up front alongside him.

My take is SoD is going to need to change his one man upfront if it is going to be Baldock,he is not strong enough,or big enough, the ball is coming straight back down the pitch.

Play either Taylor as the lone striker when fit,or Harwood who can hold the ball up.

When Harewood has played alongside Baldock, we look a lot stronger as a team playing football.

SoD before the fans start calling for you neck, you need to change you stance regards Baldock up front,it will be your downfall.

The stands are empting faster than a nuns knickers being dropped, listen to the fans voices before it is to late.

Since O'Connor took his spot Moloney has been awesome, The player from last season. He had a shaky start but he's a great RB. So much confidence in him, Hopefully Cunningham can respond in the same way
