I thought I'd post this, to see whether there is a general consensus, or varied opinions.

My list of players to go-

    Leadbitter
    Priskin
    Tommy Smith
    Delaney
    Healy
    Peters
    Murphy
Kennedy POSSIBLY -unsure about this one...........

In my view the above WILL NOT get us promoted. Costing us a small fortune in wages, and we'd be much better off getting rid.

    Give a chance -

    Hyam
    O'Connor
Carson ( did last game but needs much much more )

Ellington obviously needs a chance, can't judge him yet.

i'd keep kennedy and peters but otherwise your about there i reckon. i still believe colin healy has never been given a good chance at this club but it doesnt look like he ever will and i think thats a bit of a shame

I'd like to see Bullard given a chance higher up the pitch or in a three man midfield and I think JET needs a run of games, as does Carson.

    Leadbitter
    Murphy (loan cancellation)
Delaney (isnt, never has been or never will be a footballer)
Kennedy (decent player and can do a job but getting towards the end of his career so would rather plan for the future)
Wabara (maybe a bit harsh but didnt impress, isnt ours and can give Peters a chance)

    Given a chance
Priskin ( I know I am mad but there is a goalscorer there somewhere)
Hyam (looked like a natural when he was given a chance)
    Carson (obvious)
Peters (never really deserved to get dropped)
Murray (we will never know unless he plays but he keeps getting good reviews)

    Not sure about
Martin (has talent but has he got an end product)
JET (similar to Martin but more frustrating as he is either brilliant or you dont realise he is there. Too early to get rid but hasnt had a great impact)
Inga (old, hasnt really tightened our defence)
Ellington (not really given the chance but so far hasnt had the ability to change games when he has appeared)
Tommy Smith (looked decent for several games when called upon last year but has been poor this)

Leadbitter - Offering very little to our midfield.
Tommy Smith - He makes me nervous when in defence; don't feel he's any better than Delaney as a back-up.
Murphy - Isn't be used, no point in having him.
Wabara - From what I saw, he was poor. Could cross a ball, but the basic skills of passing and defending he showed were awful.
Priskin - I really like the lad, but we're never going to give him the service he needs to score. Cut our losses methinks.
Ronan Murray - When I've seen him play, he doesn't look strong or skillful enough. Maybe I'm judging him too soon though.

    Give a chance
Hyam - I think, like everyone, I am confused as to why he was dropped and never seen again. Looked a very good young talent.
Carson - The lad's a scoring winger with pace, skill and a first touch the rest of the team would kill for! Get him playing.
Peters - I'm a big fan of Jamie's, and I thought he was our best player in the Keane era (minus Walters). When we are crying out for pace, this guy has oodles of it.

    Not sure about
Martin - I don't think he's very good to be honest. He can't dribble without it hitting his shins, and he is a bit too 'headless chicken'. Maybe he needs polishing up, though.
JET - Very disappointed with him so far, but maybe he needs to play at the top of the diamond to be effective. Can show cracking skill during the match; just a bit slow!
Kennedy - I think he can do a job for us still, but he may be hindering the development of younger lads.
Delaney - I'd only keep him hear as back-up for Collins, Sonko and Ingimarsson. Too slow, but a consistent performer with the right guy.

I love my topics I do for us to be constructive and have a serious debate.

I find it funny the usuals ( JohnWark + Spanish ) haven't commented so far, yet are very very good at moaning about literally EVERYTHING they can.

A chance to be subjective and constructive !? Pah, don't be ridiculous !!! :D
