was idly looking at some past post notes and George Saville popped up um I thought where is he now had a "good" spell with us ..
Wiki'd him and plays for Wolves still, looked at todays game and has scored 2 against Derby ...

DID WE EVER HAVE THE CHANCE TO SIGN HIM?????.. and who else has passed through /by ..
Danny Rose ... Spurs left back and winger, know we didn't have the chance to sign him but he was another

Saville was injured and didn't really play much for us last season, so could not form an honest opinion on him.

Bolasie is another one to add to the list

Skuse, adohmah, Heaton, stead, all great players who once donned a city shirt

Both Saville and Rose were on loan so not really an option to sign

Skuse, Adomah and Heaton all left after the relegation

Bolasie - definitely - but he wanted to go back to London
Jack Butland - we missed him as a kid

I remember Rose who came at the same time as Caulker. While Caulker was a star Rose showed a real attitude and I believe was sent back early. I had the impression that he felt he was too good for us (no comments please). I would not be at all surprised to see Albert come back , he is clearly not happy at Middlesboro (did you see the lack of his teams celebration yesterday when he scored)

Adohmah impressed me on the football league show this morning, I'd happily have him back and he's what we need, but would he come back?

Surely worth a punt in the summer though

I thought Rose was still living on that goal against Arsenal at the time. But in fairness at the time he was being played in midfield it was only when put as left back he became good. But like you I thought he had attitude problems and played like he didn't want to be here.

ALBERTS GOAL was superb, and throughout the season he has provided some really good touch's used to be able to follow on BBC*** but to laborious now...
why would he come back ? he is so close to prem football ... and once up there will want to go another to another prem club if Midds don't require his services
