I don't think the players should be too 'worried' if they don't get paid, and we ultimately go into admin (many of them don't deserve to be paid anyway on recent performances) As employees they are treated as 'preferential creditors' which rank second after any 'secured creditors' - but it depends on what security the latter have, if any, as it seems the only assets we have are the players themselves (who, apart from a handful, are worth naff all) In any event you'd think that GFH's credibility, particularly in the Middle East, is at stake here (well, what's remaining, if any) They must surely have 'contacts' who could 'help them out?' But there again this is Leeds Utd, the longest-running soap opera in the world, incorporating Inspector Clouseau, Jackanory & Groundhog Day with special guests 'The Muppets' ... latest episode to be shown at a Cinema near you from Sunday.
Players deserve to be left at Bournemouth to either make their own way back, or go back on the coaches with da supporters.....
