Robinson cracks down after the players - in Club kit - behaved like drunken idiots on the train last week. I would go in particularly hard on Jackson for not only acting like an idiot but setting a bad example, I would also go further and kick the two biggest offenders Little Ben Reeves and forgotten Lewis Page out of the club in January.
Fair play to KR - who's confirmed he will take disciplinary action. He's right when he touches on the fact no one said they can't go and have their Christmas party, but to do it after the defeat - one that was celebrating the 25 year anniversary of the Valley return - and to be so blasé by putting the pics on social media, it wound people up (and rightly so).
Karl Robinson is saying the right things - and it sounds genuine to me this time, not just what he thinks fans will want to hear. As Super says, fair play to him. I hope the idiots listen and understand how out of order they were.
The posting of the jolly to Newcastle after losing to Portsmouth in a big game was wrong. Jackson has to decide if he is a Coach or a Player. As a Coach in charge of the players, you have to set the right example. Robinson is right to take the stance he has taken.
