Seems like it has given everyone a big lift at just the right time:

    Daryl Janmaat
Dutch defender Daryl Janmaat expressed his satisfaction as United became the first team to beat Barclays Premier League leaders Chelsea in 23 attempts.
"That was really nice," conceded the former Feyenoord man, with a smile.
"It was hard, especially with ten men, but who cares - it was a top win and we have to enjoy it."
by some resolute defending in the six minutes of stoppage time at the end of the contest.
"Of course they are a big team with some great players, so it's normal that they have some chances," said Janmaat.
"But we defended well and, of course, you need some luck at some moments, but I think it was a team performance - a good team performance. We did everything, everyone did well and it was great.
"It was difficult - six minutes is hard, especially with ten men - but we were fighting for each other and managed to keep them out.
"I think that's the big performance of today. Everybody has to do great in these matches, otherwise you cannot beat them, but we did and it was nice."
Janmaat and United travel to Arsenal next week, who were beaten 3-2 at Stoke City on Saturday.
The 23-cap Holland international knows his team need to replicate their display from this weekend if they are to pick up what would be their third win in the capital in all competitions so far this season.
"It's going to be another tough game, but we have to do the same there," said Janmaat.
"It's going to be more difficult because we are playing away from home, that's normal. But we have to make sure we defend the same and we always have chances.
"It's given us confidence and now we have to improve and look to the next game, which is Arsenal."

    Jack Colback
"It's a great result for us," said the 25-year-old.
"We knew it was going to be tough and Chelsea have quality all over the pitch.
"They've got no real weaknesses so you have to defend well as a team, which we did and we have been doing over the past six or seven games. But we also showed that bit of quality going forward and held on at the end.
"It seemed like a long last 20 minutes, especially when they scored with ten minutes to go, which was a bad time to concede as they got a little bit of momentum. But we held on and it's great for the team and great for the fans that we got a win of that calibre.
"Jak (Alnwick) was brilliant to come on for his first appearance against the best team in the league, and he showed great bravery in coming for crosses and clearing up like he did.
"So it's brilliant for him. The lads gave him a good round of applause after and the manager gave him great praise and he deserves all the credit."
"I had a good chance when Ayoze (Perez) played me through and, in hindsight, I probably could have chipped it over the keeper," he explained.
"However, I'm not in that situation too often so I've not had a lot of practice at it!
"But maybe if we had scored then we possibly would have sat back a bit, so as daft as it sounds maybe it was a blessing I didn't score it."
Colback now hopes United can carry their confidence into a trip to the Emirates Stadium next weekend when they face Arsenal in the Barclays Premier League.
"Every game is tough in the Premier League," said Colback.
"But we've shown real character to win six in a row and then, after losing at West Ham and drawing at Burnley, we've shown it again to come back and beat Chelsea.
"Arsenal are next up and that is going to be a tough game but we've got to go down there and show our character again."

    Captain Fantastic
"It was a great result," Coloccini told nufc.co.ukafter the final whistle.
"It was difficult for us to really play at our best because Chelsea are such a good team and had a lot of the ball.
"But we defended really well, we had good shape, good spirit and every player helped each other. That made the difference.
"A team like Chelsea make it difficult because they have so much possession, and then when we have the ball we look tired because we have been pressing them so hard.
"But we had the opportunities to score and took them, and that is fantastic for us and for the fans."
"Papiss is so important for us," said Coloccini.
"Number nines live for scoring goals, whether they start the game or not, and we love Papiss because that is what he can do for us.
"He was only on the pitch for about half-an-hour and scored twice, so it was a very good afternoon for him.
"Jak also did very well and I have to say congratulations to him on his first game.
"I'm very happy because he is our third goalkeeper but got his opportunity and did very well.
"It is a really big game for a young player to come in to but he went for two or three crosses immediately and punched them all away, which helped his confidence.
"He was fantastic and gave the rest of the defence confidence in him. He was a big part of our win."
