I'm really looking forward to seeing Ryo Miyaichi this season, he looks like a really exciting prospect, quick and skillfull, I think a combo of him, Walcott, Arshavin and Gervinho could yield great results.

But the player I'm most looking forward to seeing is Emmanual Frimpong - the guy is a BEAST! He was just ready to break into the first XI last season before he damaged ligaments in his knee and missed the whole season. In pre season last time around he looked like the real deal.

Our defence was overexposed far too often last season, I think Frimpong could be the combative DM we've been lacking.

Miyaichi. Don't think I'll get to see him if he doesn't get a work permit though :(

I agree with your attacking line-up. It's highly unlikely you'd get Arshavin, Theo, Gervinho & Miyaichi on the pitch all together, but think of the counter-attacking pace that would bring with it!? It'd be like the Mighty Ducks on the fly :)

    Ramsey.

I'm expecting him to force his way into our starting line up this year.

  5. One player - RVP

Two players - RVP and Ryo

Three players - RVP, Ryo and Wilshere

Four players - RVP, Ryo, Wilshere and Ramsey

Five players - RVP, Ryo, Wilshere, Ramsey and Woyzcek

Actually it also depends on who else we buy too ;)

Not really looking forward to the new season much unless we keep Samir and Cesc.

We have witnesses a gradual decline in player quality since moving to The Emirates (Cue- Usual excuse merchants) and the consequent lack of trophies.

What i cannot accept is the tosh that you have to have big name players to win things. Many sides in the past (including Birmingham) have won a trophy with average players.

It is clear to me that Wengers 'i know best' attitude and poor tactical abilities has cost us, it's not buying big name players we need more a cohesive team with the required strength and skill and strong team spirit, Wenger has failed to assemble such a team at the Emirates.

Frimpong is a beast !!! He was so far ahead of the youths when he played at that level - comfortably on a par with Wilshere for impact in his position. Strong and very technical. He'll make Song look like a park player for sure !!!

A fit RVP & Theo playing in his natural position would do me nicely :)
