Should have been 2/3 mins after the whistle, after they'd ****ed around for 20 minutes the stadium was practically empty!

I know Dutch has mentioned it, but couldn't they have waited with the egg chasing posts?

Why have the stage pointing away from the bulk of fans?
Why block kids view with nuggets in hi viz?
    Abysmal failure imho.
A fans rep is desperately needed.

It does seem an excessive wait, but do you think it was the 20 minute wait or the fact we've not won promotion, got into the playoffs, or survived a relegation battle that was the biggest factor?

From a personal point of view we've done as I expected this season, but there's not anything to actually celebrate, so other than the immediate applauding the team off the pitch I was heading off at the end of the game regardless. For people who got carried away with the playoff chase it must feel a bit of a disappointing end to the season so how arsed are they going to be to 'celebrate' as well.

how many people stayed? i thought it was funny when he kept saying please do not come on to the pitch, i repeat do not come on to the pitch, when nobody was looking remotely interested in going on to the pitch, most people where piling out as normal, it was almost like they wanted somebody to go on the pitch and create some sort of interest <laugh>
a few must have stayed tho as there seemed less traffic and easier to get away, should do the man of the match award on the pitch every game and get people to stay around a bit...

It all appeared to be part of the big costcutting exercise. No big fancy awards 'do' this year.
