Mannone 7: Could do nothing with the goals and was let down by his defence. Good command though and his distribution for very good again. Few decent saves n all

Bardsley 4: Like a time machine to last year he was woeful to.begin with. Got better but he's simply better at left back

Diakite 4: Started like the chuckle brothers at the back but grew into it and was commanding in the air. Passing was poor and he doesn't fit the system.

Roberge 3: That would be 2 if not for his attacking contributions late on. Both goals were his fault, weak for first and asleep for the second.

Dossena 3: Sums up why we've struggled, simply too slow. Showed a left footer inside constantly and was a liability for us

Giaccherini 5: Bumped up one because of assist but he's simply not doing enough. Has ability but he's a bit lightweight for this league. Toughen up!

Larsson 0: If I hadn't noticed him swinging his arms around and pointing I wouldnt know he was on the pitch. Contributes nothing and when he went off we effectively went 11 v 11 and scored twice in 15 mins.

Cattermole 8: One silly tackle apart he was outstanding and dragged the team through till his substitution. Ran his socks off.

Ki 8: coolness personified, class. Makes the team tick. Just wish he'd trust his shooting ability more.

Borini 7: Our motm in the first half. Two good efforts unlucky not to score. Hope he's ok for Villa game.

Altidore 3: Thought he came in for unfair stick against Norwich but I can't defend his showing here. Dreadful and missed a sitter. His confidence looks shot (not helped by so called safc fans/ troll on twitter.

Fletcher 7: Got stuck in.and took his goal well. Hopefully the boost he needed.

Colback 7: You little beauty, did more in 15 minutes than Larsson has for 2 years. If he's not picked ahead of him against Villa Poyet is mad.

Gardner 6: pushed us forward and was willing to have a dig.

    Good summary.

I can't argue against those ratings. bit harsh on Roberge, but he wasn't at the races yesterday.

I think you're generous to Larsson though. just watch how many times he needlessly gave the ball away.
Why is Jozy getting twitter abuse off our own fans? That is just pathetic.

Think youve been harsh on Diakhite/Giacc/Dossen

Started poorly but all got better as the match progressed

Mannone and Borini apart, they'd all get a maximum 2 for that first half shambles.

They all improved second half and it ended up being a decent comeback.

Take the point and never think about this shocking performance again.

I think we would all have been happy with 4 points from the last 2 games, but after beating Everton away I fully expected 6 from 2. If we're to escape the drop we simply have to take 3 points of the bottom teams, whether home or away.

Can,t disagree with the assessments apart from clattermole, apart from running his socks off he,s got nothing to me, only good in front of back 4 , distribution, close control, shooting is woefull

I said before the game I would take a point and to get it by coming back from 2-0 down was an excellent fight back.

We earned a point away. Cardiff dropped 2 points at home to the bottom club.
I think we got the better of that deal.

Think positive lads. There`s a long way to go yet.
