Qpr slumped to yet another defeat as qpr's expensive defence continued to fail to stop anyone. 3 shots, 3 goals is all that really needs to be said for the first half. And inspite of a comeback purely due to the persistence of Jamie mackie, we were unable to salvage anything from the game. Kenny 5 - with my seat practically behind the goal in the front 3 rows, I got a great view of all goals. Now kenny should have saved the first as he was wrongfooted (not for the first time this month) however was beaten by deflections for the second and third. Most worryingly however was how undominant he looked in his box. Cerny needs to be given a go to get kenny back to his best form. Taiwo 6 - looking as shaky as ever at the back yet good going forwards, taiwo had an up and down game. Awful in the first half, good in the second. Overall not bad but needs severe improvements. Ferdinand 5 - our best cb. Won the ball in the air yet has no chemistry with hall and is forever forced out of position to help hall out causing gaps in our defence. Hall 1 - this is a generous 1. Lost every header, at fault for at least 1 if not all 3 goals. All other managers see hall as the weak point and target him every game. How can no qpr manager see this? Hopefully the last ever of him in a qpr shirt Onuoha 6 - far better as cb than a rb. Good going forward but destroyed by hoilett in the first half. Barton 5 - typical barton. Crap passes, crap deadballs and crosses and yet somehow still not the worst midfielder. A lot better in the second half. Buzsaky 3.5 - not his best game. Is a deadball specialist and needs to take them off Barton. Taarabt 6 - the one attacking threat in the first half. In the second appeared to have been told not to run in the second as he was always looking for the pass. Doesn't work as a striker, needs to be given a free role just behind the strikers. Swp 4 - we look dangerous when we play fast. Swp slows down play. Enough of the excuses of he'll come good, he used to be great. Simple truth is he used to be good. He will never reclaim that form. Should be released in the summer. Traore 6.5 - everything good started with him. His performance today will go largely unnoticed but he was the one consistently good player. Zamora 5 - i was against the signing of Zamora. As a hold up player, he is bad. Helguson is significantly better. Zamora works when played as part of a front 2 as shown by the huge increase in performance once Mackie came on. Subs Mackie 9 - to all Mackie haters. For weeks you have said he runs with his head down and goes nowhere. Yet he has passion, never gives up, chases down lost causes, yet Forrest proved all of you wrong. He is a natural finisher and was the only player who seemed to care. Had he started, the game may have been different. Gabbidon n/a Manager Hughes 2 - tactically poor, starting XI poor, substitutions too late. Hall should have never started let alone been substituted off in the 92nd minute. Tactically you either have to play zone or man coverage in marking not 2 rigid lines of 4 which allows players to run and pass straight through like your playing table football.
