Kenny 8 Did what he had to do,and upset Terry,good man. Young 7 Defended ok,always looking to join in attacks. Hill 8 Good return from Clint,got away with some manhandling at corners though! Hall 7 Did well early on,looked a little uneasy against Anelka but one of his better games. Ferdinand 9 Was brilliant in the air,and solid in defence,man of the match. Derry 7 Ran his socks off and tackled like a trojan,subbed late on. Barton 8 Best game yet,good in possession and strong runs down the flank,led the team well. Faurlin 8 Our best passer,kept it simple but usually kept possession. Taarabt 6 Sloppy passing and struggled to get into the game,subbed reluctantly early in 2nd half. Helguson 8 Won the penalty and converted it,led the line selflessly and won plenty in the air. Wright-Phillips 7 Had a couple of trademark runs,but final ball should have been better on a few occasions. Smith 6 Never really had a chance to get into the game. Mackie 5 No time to make any impact. Warnock 8 His initial tactics were spot on,but he showed a reluctance to change things and go for the kill after the 2 red cards. Having been subject to abuse from all corners in the previous week thought Hall was brilliant and showed what he is capable of. Both him and Anton were outstanding. Thought Barton was brilliant and Hill did incredibly well giving his preparation coming up to the game. Oh and Helguson was incredible as well. Oh why not. 10's for everyone!!!

It was a Great day - our first time over this season and it couln't have been better! For me us supporters get 11 points, and 11 pints. Maybe I got alzeimers but I can't ever remember us making that much noise. Neil gets 10 points for setting the tactics up just right. All 11 who started get 10 points too - magnificent effort every single one, and all 11 deserve MOM. Yeh we should have killed off Chelsea, HH and Young should have scored 2nd half, but they were both brilliant otherwise, and HH won us the game (not the Ref Chelsea).

Pretty much as I saw it mate. The only one I disagree with is 6 for Taarabt. He was a 7 for me. Great pass to SWP which led to the sending off and one or two other very good passes too. Subbed too early imo, just when things were opening up for him! Ferdinand was my man of the match too....awesome!!
