Wilson for me... He's been one of our better and more consistent players (Having to play out of position as well for much of the season)

Cousins... Has had a good season but partly dont want to vote for him as it would feel just the Youth Player choice
Jackson... Has had too stop start a year
Wiggins... Very possible as he has been consistent this season (Just a few injuries could hold him back)
Ajdarevic... I reckon he could be a very distant outsider but reckon he's joined too late
Morrison... Another possible candidate seeing we've rarely conceded 1 per game but I reckon people will see our relegation form because of poor defending at times
Poyet... Again the same with Ajdarevic
Hamer... Hasnt had the greatest of years plus was out for three months
Church... Points for effort but people will look at his lack of goals (combined with where we are in the League), could be an outsider if he goes on a scoring run
    Sordell... lol!

Had Stephens been here (and continued his form) it would have been him. But I think for the step up he made, and the way his involvement in the first team did a lot to settle our 14 month problem with the midfield balance, it is Cousins.

    Poyet for young player.

i thought about wilson too and saying cousins for the young player, but cousins has been the better of the two - just cos he's young doesnt mean he shouldnt win.

Oh no without doubt his age shouldnt count against him... I think his form has dropped a little bit this year which for me gives the main award to Wilson (although agree with Super that had Stephens been around he'd have got my vote without question)... Cousins for Young Player as well (Would be harsh giving it to Poyet this year seeing that Jordan has been around the First-Team longer)

Wilson or Wiggins will get my vote, think Wiggins has the edge despite his injuries, we are a much better side with a much better chance of winning when he plays.

Wilson, been brilliant. Hamer if he continues his form against The Massive and even Leicester (he stopped it being 6 with some cracking saves) Hamer could do a late push, but at the Moment Wilson for me, class act this season at RM or RB

I went for Jacko because I feel the end of season run his leadership will keep us up

It's difficult this season, as very few of the players have been consistent enough to deserve it.

I would go for Wilson, with Wiggins close behind.

Wilson, has been by far our most consistent player while being played out of his preferred position.

Wiggins would have been streets ahead of the competition that is left at the club for me if he had steered clear of injuries, Cousins for me has looked jaded in recent weeks and hasnt performed as well out of position wide on the right as Wilson has.

As super rightly points out, Stephens would have been in the driving seat were he still here.

I think if we stay up then this could be a big factor and if it is the case by the time voting comes around he could steal my vote

    Best:

    1. Morrison - solid and consistent all season
    2. Cousins - the only thing that can stop this kid having a great career is Chris Powell playing him on the right.
    3. Jackson - legs gone, but sums up all that is best about CAFC

    Worst:

    1. Pritchard. Quite simply one of the worst footballers I have ever seen. Makes McOxo look like Zidane.
    2. Evina.
    3. Green

Surprised you see those three as worse than Sordell Vol?
