The Player of Season awards at the KC due for this Monday has been cancelled by the Football Club due to unforseen circumstances. Just got this from OSC on Facebook.
PLEASE NOTE THAT THE END OF SEASON AWARDS EVENING SCHEDULED FOR NEXT MONDAY 9TH MAY HAS HAD TO BE POSTPONED UNTIL A LATER DATE. THE FOLLOWING STATEMENT HAS BEEN RELEASED BY MARK MAGUIRE, CHIEF EXECUTIVE OF HULL CITY. Hull City is sorry to announce the postponement of the planned end of season awards evening scheduled for 9th May. This is a very busy period for the club and the challenge of preparing the business for the long term means that priorities have arisen which make it no longer possible for some key figures to attend. As such, and in light of the fact that we wish to do things properly, or not at all, we have taken the decision to postpone this event and arrange a new date. We are committed to supporting the OSC and to engaging with Tigers fans and look forward to the announcement of dates and events in the near future as we plan for an exciting 2011/12 campaign on and off the pitch. The management and staff would like to thank you in advance for your understanding and accept our apologies. Mark Maguire Chief Executive THE OSC APOLOGISES FOR ANY INCONVENIENCE OR ARRANGEMENTS THAT HAVE BEEN MADE . PLEASE NOTE THIS IS A POSTPONEMENT AND NOT A CANCELLATION AND THE EVENT WILL TAKE PLACE AT A LATER DATE.
