That time of year to vote and it seems the club have taken it over from the Watford Observer.

    https://www.watfordfc.com/teams/first-team/player-goal-season-201718-vote-now

Guess Doucouré will win given generally he has been our best player even if his form has dipped somewhat in recent weeks.

Not sure about 2nd and 3rd - shame Hughes and Femenía haven't been fit very much because on what they have shown when playing they'd be right up there!

As for Goal of the Season - again Doucoure v Huddersfield was a cracker but people will probably go for one of the Chelsea strikes like Janmaat's as it came in an excellent win.

I wonder if we will have a manager to attend this time and how many players will - hopefully be safe by then!

No one fully deserves it really, shame. Doucouré not with the handball incident in my book. Imagine if that hadn´t gone in, we´d be deeper in the mire.

    Player of the season: <doh>

Is the ginger bearded man still there who still sells the programmes and or 50/50 draw, if he is he can get it.

Gomes for PotS and Deeney (H) for GotS (for sheer cool-headed guile).

It's a shame a few like Chalobah, Hughes, Cleverley and Femenia have had stop-start seasons as any of them could have been in with a shout - I imagine it will comfortably go to Doucoure but have a feeling Gomes won't be far off if many fans think he will be off in the summer

GotS - I'm not really a big fan of the long distance ones, and a few of them were simply down to poor keeping (especially the 2 against Saints - Forster is a poor keeper). For me it's down to either the Janmaat v Chelsea as like the 1-2 or the Deeney v WBA goal, mainly down to Hhughes pass but also the cool finish and importance of the goal.

I buy a programme from just outside the cemetery gates (sounds like a good title for a Smiths song). I think your ginger bearded man may still be there selling programmes.
