So I didn't do December. Maybe because we ended it so depressingly or maybe because we all really knew who would win the award (Becchio more than likely) or just maybe because I was really hungover on January 1st and completely forgot to do it

Either way, your winners for the month of November were:

    1. Byram (by a huge huge way by the way)
    2. Becchio
    3. Tonge

Its been a pretty good month of football for Leeds United results wise after quite a lot of pressure on Warnock he seems to have responded rather well. With 6 games being played in January we won 4 of them and that of course includes the great win over Tottenham in the FA Cup, drawn 1 and lost 1.

    The Month's results

    Leeds 1 - 0 Bolton
    Leeds 1 - 1 Birmingham
    Barnsley 2 - 0 Leeds
    Birmingham 1 - 2 Leeds
    Leeds 1 - 0 Bristol City
    Leeds 2 - 1 Tottenham

My favourites for the Player of the Month would be:

    1. McCormack - Starting to get back to his ways of last season. Having started 5 games of the 6 (was on the bench against Barnsley) and scoring in the last 3 he has been a real threat going forward. Not only his goals but his general creative nature and his ability to keep the ball really do make him one of the best technical players at LUFC. Really enjoying watching him and he was fantastic against Spurs picking up the Budweiser man of the match award

    2. Byram - Yet again one of my favourites for the player of the month. For someone that doesn't like him as much as every one else I really am appreciating all of the good performances he is putting in. He did very well stopping Bale and in other games was a fair threat further forward as well

    3. Brown - I think he has been very impressive and played mainly in FA Cup this month having not played in possibly two of our worst performances of the season in Bolton and Barnsley. I still to this day get amazed with the amount of work he puts in every game. He is probably one of our fitter players and really is the engine in that midfield. He does maybe concede too many free-kicks and I think he could be more clever in that aspect of his game but other than that, really does keep us going and I don't think its a coincidence that we play better with him in the team than without

    Anyway, vote away
