Tickets are up for sale for the Player Awards Night on the 7th May. Easier to plan for this now we are safe....will be a fun night. Ralph will be better value than Puel. Who do you think will get the awards? Valery must be up for the young player's award, but the senior award is much more in the air....some good contenders. Redmond perhaps?
It’s nice to have a choice this year I really like Bednarek, but I think it’s between the other three on your list. Most years it’s pretty nailed on, but I genuinely couldn’t call it this year
Yeah tough one. Redmond, JWP or Hojbjerg for me. Hojbjergs red cards let him down, and JWP didn’t play much in the first half of the season (not his fault but still). So for being consistently our best player, even in the Hughes games, for changing his Southampton career around so positively, my vote goes to Redmond.
This, very much. As much as I’d love JWP to win it, both he and Bednarek (my other choice) have only really had half a season, so Nathan it is.

I know what you mean about Bednarek, but he was good right from his first game under Hughes. I’d put him in the “Most under-rated until we got a decent manager” category.
I think Marty Targett’s goal could be included for the involvement of several players, plus the superb cross and header.
Ok, went for Redmond. Harder this season as quite a few stepped up under Ralph, but not always consistently enough.
