http://www.theguardian.com/football/2014/mar/27/manchester-united-plane-message-david-moyes-sacked I'm 50-50 on Moyes but a '' Moyes out'' banner'' won't achieve anything, it makes us small and amateur as well.
Gtf, Utd are going down the pan due to mainly Moyes being endorsed as "The Chosen One" by Fergie due to Fergie's reasons(good or had)and overlooking proven winning managers in the process. If supporters are prepared to spend money on such a venture as a plane with a trailing banner venting their anger who are you as a none matchgoer to say jack about making Utd look small and amateurish. The momentum is gathering amongst the Utd support and the media to get him out of OT and you can't have it every way matth, you either want him out as much as those hiring the plane or you want him to remain, don't sit on the fence. I want her m to stay for obvious reasons but I can fully understand Utd supporters being prepared to use any means at their disposal to get him out.
when are yous going to realise this league is a whole lot more competitive.. no more one horse league
So its good that United, the club I support has got **** because the rest of the **** clubs now have a chance? Wouldnt you rather everyone improved to Uniteds level rather than United having to get worse just so others have a sniff? Sounds defeatist
its not going to happen im afraid ... basicly money . yes I would like my team to be challenge for anything really ,, but that's not going to happen . and other teams aswell . money again I suppose ..at least yous will spend big .. and will challenge again that's for sure.
I think the next two fixtures will hold the key to Moyes future at the club. Anything less than an emphatic win against Villa will confirm that the man can't motivate his squad from one game to the next, and should we get badly thrashed by Bayern Munich and any remaining chance of CL football (and revenues) disappears over the horizon then I think Moyes will resign (we will never be seen to sack him, so he will be firmly asked to go).
Sounds about right. Utter shambles. Why do the fans think that extending this media circus is a good thing? "Other fans think we're a bit of a laughing stock. How can we remedy that? I know, let's get a plane to fly a banner completely disagreeing with one the club has put up in the stadium?" If this goes ahead it'll be like our Suarez t-shirt debacle!
I'm embarrassed to be a United fan, i'm all for saying Moyes out, but to do an actual banner on it, good god.
Because Moyes being awful doesnt seem to be getting anyone of importance at Old Trafford asking questions. So maybe something daft like this is needed. A bit like rovers and Steve Kean who was equally terrible at his job.
