I'm going to be in Newcastle tomorrow and was wondering if any pubs are showing the game, preferrably somewhere central or near St James'.

    Cheers

Maybe Shearers which is attached to thestadium - very central.

Not sure if it'll show it though

I'm not too sure where but they will have boards outside stating they are showing the match I would presume. Just get a pub which has a big/foreign satalitte.

Yeah, just go in and ask the bar staff if they are going to be showing it. Or if you see some lads with Newcastle tops on or something ask them if they are watching the match somewhere. Probably your easiest bet anyways.

Edit: Sorry I haven't been any help!

The match is almost always on in the following pubs and probably more - Three Bulls, Sam Jacks, Raffertys, Rose and Crown, Bridge Hotel, Telegraph, Pacific, LYH and a couple more that I can't remember at the mo, will amend this post when it comes back to me!

Whats that cheap looking sports bar style one near The Haymarket, Pacific or something? Thats probbaly the closest to me, so i might as well aim for there. I know its got it on anyway.

All the pubs that show the games usually put a notice in the window anyway to attract custom.
