Rory(thanks for everything you have done for Stoke City FC) really should not be in that list of 25 IMO of course. I would have put Arismendi in there instead.
Higgy, Tonge, Arismendi and Sidibe were left out and Ness doesnt have to be named because he is under 21 years of age. Cant believe how big our squad is compared to other Prem teams? P.S. Potts - who is Soltero 600?
A reasonable squad, but I wonder why we need 3 keepers since we only have PL and FA Cup to contend with this season. Arismendi could have replaced Nash. It is a large squad and the wage bill subsequently high. All the talk during the summer about having to cut the wage bill and yet we only moved on Collins and Woodgate if I am correct. It really does appear that no other clubs are interested in any of our 'surplus' players.
I think naming 25 suggests that there aren't any young players involved (who don't have to be registered).
I've no idea who Soltero is!! Is it an old poster? Stoke in Spain who has not posted for ages.. your'e guess is as good as mine..
Valid point and another on of major issues, very little young talent (let amone British) being developed at Stoke even though we have invested 10+ million into the training and accademy facilities after 4 years!
