It seems after this at the Galpharm on Tuesday night http://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/0/football/18088239 The FA have not warned either club BUT just asked for 'Observations' from Udders & Franchise? WHERE'S THE CONSISTENCY??? AllHell
Considering the report, I think it was on Sky, that Alan Smith was spat at, kicked and punched by some Huddersfield supporters the FA are being far from even handed in this, Yes it was Hudders own ground but the pitch invasion put visitors in danger. Yes, Alan Smith used to play for Leeds and is apparently a Leeds supporter which to the Galpharm is like being the spawn of the devil but he was playing for McDonuts. Yes Karl Robinson is an opinionated individual None of this justifies the inaction of the FA if they have truly ignored the incident but criticised us for a peaceful and joyous pitch invasion by a few of our travelling fans at Carlisle. Any more of this and we are going to have to adopt a Millwall phrase.
What phrase? Just because the FA are asking for observations does not mean they will not take action against the clubs involved. Pitch invasions are unlawful and clubs can be fined for letting this happen. The consequences of this one, anti social behaviour and violence towards an MK Dons player.
Anyone see the Police at the Chelsea/Munich game last night? Jesus, its no wonder no Chelsea fans decided to invade the pitch!
