After coming down to earth on Tuesday the Chairboys now face a tricky away trip to the west country to take on the rejuvenated Pirates whose form under John Ward is even more of a turnaround than our own under Gaz and they now sit top of the form league. I feel I need to make an apology to you guys. Since I came on here a few weeks ago "bigging" you up and the chances of a play off place the bloody wheels have fallen off in the last two games! I have jinxed you and terribly sorry for doing so. I shall keep my thoughts to myself until the season is finished in the case of Wycombe. We came up against a very strong and experienced side in Bradford and 3-0 flattered them. And Bristol Rivers are the form team, re-juvenated under their new manager, having now won 5 and drawn 1 in their last 6 matches. It was a close game by all accounts. Hopefully we will bounce back on Saturday against Southend.
