When Leeds came out of administration in 2007 they were taken over by an off shore trust whose ownership was not revealed. The deal was sanctioned by the Football league after running a fit and proper persons test without knowing who the owner was. How did that work?.The directors were named at the time as Ken Bates,Shaun Harvey,and Mark Taylor. It seems that Football was badly administrated then and has not improved. The game is corrupt to the core.
