Since the end of our most excellent season there has been a lot of speculation about our dear Leader Mr Paul Lambert Now, the level headed one amongst us would say "He's just keeping his options open", "He doesn't want to go back on his word and for us to feel like he's betrayed us" As you can imagine, almost none of this went down on the Pinkun. Posts 3,035 (so not some noob trying to wind people up) Lambert - Some Key points Now Lambert could well still go to Villa, but what kind of negativity and paranoia do you have to be suffering to immediately do this and to bet on your best manager ever TO GO... Something very, very wrong. And to say Stephen Ireland is a player with "Scary" potential... it's like saying Stewart downing scares the **** out of you. My favourite bit...
