Mr Scally CAN splash the cash............. it's a pity that it's not on a new striker !
    https://www.kentonline.co.uk/medway...ment-over-291k-county-court-judgement-270620/

So - in one breath, the Club states that the terms of the 'agreement' are confidential - then Scally goes on to say that the Club can expect the CCJ to be 'set aside.'... When I said that pigs may be 'expected' to fly - I didn't say that pigs can fly.

Mr. Scally has chosen words carefully ( almost ). He relies on 'confidentiality' - so as to avoid giving embarrassing details - then tries to make light of the situation - daring to suggest no repercussions for GFC - by suggesting that the decision is to be ' expected' to be set aside --- that's a damned site different from ' has been dropped ' ( or similar. )

There is no way that the CCJ is being 'set aside.' .. There is £291k at stake for the claimant....... And how much ( more of my ) money has been wasted on legal fees ?? .....

...... and then you wonder why there is no money for players !.... perhaps we should try to buy a pig that can fly - It might actually help with hoofball.
