    Steven Pienaar is to seek talks with Tottenham this week after QPR were told he will cost £6million.

    QPR have offered £3m for the 29-year-old who signed a year ago for £2m from Everton and Tottenham's stance is understood to have angered Pienaar who is eager to play regular football.

    The South African was used as a late substitute for Aaron Lennon on Sunday.

    QPR manager Mark Hughes is struggling to get deals over the line with terms over Nedum Onuoha's departure from Manchester City still being negotiated and Chelsea's Alex unsure of a move across west London.

    'Arry dosen't want to sell anyone to Rangers now we've sacked his mate. Fulham or Man City don't want to sell to Mark Hughes either, for obvious reasons. You can add Chelsea to that list as well, for obvious reasons.

    also, i remember them buying him and not willing to pay any more than 2M?! so they want a 300% profit on someone who never plays

    maybe a loan deal so he can get first team footie..and a deal in the summer...but not at £6 mill...
