Well, 6 years ago today that is. Roy snapped him up on a free transfer from Arsenal. Unfortunately for Phillipe in August, while training, he snapped an achilles tendon and was out for 6 months. Unfortunately for Fulham and us fans, Liverpool snapped up Roy 3 weeks later (on 30th June 2010). Senderos didn't in fact make his debut until April 2011 and ended up playing 68 games all told for us and scoring 3 times. He moved to Vanencia on a free in January 2014. What he did in between is another story.
