    I saw The Pogues a couple of times back in the day at The Barrowlands. They were a great live act (from what I remember I got a bit juiced up to empathise:wink:)

    Yeah, I read about this in the paper.

    The Pogues were quality in the '80s - saw them live in Manchester; what a mad night. Alex Higgins was there!

    Had "Sally McClennane" on 12" on vinyl

    Great band at a time for great bands - The JAMC, The Wedding present, The Smiths, Echo & The B ETC.

    Jaysus I want that 12",funny enough reading "There Is A light That Never Goes Out"at the moment and first few chapters gives me a window of Manchester at the time and its makeup.McCullough was me hero.
