Sorry if it's been posted before. I found it interesting. The bit about his time at City is towards the end.

Him at that time as manager with Acun as the owner would have been mental. I mean it was anyway I suppose but what a partnership that would have been

I’d have had my money on Dullard and Ash but apparently not.

Subs Not Used: Duke, Barmby, Hughes, Halmosi.

Booked: Geovanni, Zayatte, ***an, Mendy.

Goals: ***an 80.

 

Hadn't realised that Boateng was subbed off in the first half. He was the most vocal in criticising the team talk and seemed to fall out with Brown off the back of it. I remember thinking he was absolutely useless in the second half of that season as well.

 

A good question, who knows, but if we had to guess I think many would have the right answer. Out of respect for past achievements it's probably best just to let it go. If Phil Brown knew the names before kick-off why didn't he change the team then?

 

He found out at 14:55

 

It always seemed odd that Windass started that game, his first of the season having been deemed not good enough for the PL until then. Then he gets taken off at half time, suggesting he was one of the culprits. Strange situation.

 

I understood one of them was Windass but don't know where I got the snippet from.
