I can't believe how the half-time scores turned on their heads by full-time, thankfully once again, all in the Gills favour.

    Fleetwood lost
    Morecambe lost
    MK eventually equalise against Wimbledon
    Crewe relegated

    and Jack Tucker you beauty!

I'm going to stick my neck out !
I know that in another thread, I have suggested that Morecambe will get a point v Portsmouth --- but -- I am happy to 'predict' that they will NOT get ANY MORE points this season... This would allow Fleetwood a fairly ease ride to safety, AND, Gills would need to get ONLY ONE point from their remaining fixtures....... without it expressly being in a win v Fleetwood ! (( I think I have gone on record to say that if Gills lose to Fleetwood, it wouldn't be 'fatal.'))...........................
.............. In an ideal World, Gills need to beat Fleetwood... This then makes the Fleetwood v AFC Wimbledon game almost a 'free hit' for Gills - because either or both of our relegation rivals WILL drop points.

..... as for today's game - where is the Russian linesman when you need one ?... I decided to change seats today - and from my 'vantage' point, the ball crossed the Wycombe goal line.... Obviously the lineman's stomach impeded his view of (( all of )) the play.

Was sat in rainham end and didn't think whole ball crossed the line. Hope your right about Morcombe but I do think they will get more points as they score goals. I thought Wimbledon were down but noticed they have Crewe next aswell as Fleetwood and home to Accrington Stanley last game. Think we still need two wins to make sure. 4 points could also be enough
