    Most of these players are free agents so we could sign them for nowt. It's either that or the loan market if we're after a decent striker or two.

    There's some decent players on that list - filter Centre Forward or Left/Right Forward.

    Earnshaw, Ngog, Craig ***an, Matty Etherington (v surprised he's still on there), Rory Fallon, Lovenkrands or Steven Howard anyone <laugh>

    N'Gog: Useless at any level and won't fit in with the likes of Cunnington and Brunt here.
    Earnshaw: Forgotten how to score but used to be brilliant
    Howard: Would get sent off all the time
    Fallon: Doesn't and never has scored enough goals
    ***an: Might do well for us
    Etherington: Would obviously reject us
    Lovenkrands: Injury prone but could do ok.

    I would agree with your synopsis AMOT with the exception that they would ALL reject us <laugh>

    I'd love to have little Rob Earnshaw or Craig ***an up front for us on a pay per game basis, but it will never happen!

    You're right - I hadn't realised how far ***an has fallen since his time in the Premier League just four years ago.

    But I still want Earnshaw!

    Earnshaw is not a silly option, he lives in Cardiff so easily acesss to your club without up heaving his family. He might of lost his way in the past but I would say he would do a great job for your lot. I have heard he's doing celebrity appearances in Cardiff so he would probably love to be playing again.
    There's a few on that list that I would like down the City as well, some that must be after silly money to not be snapped up Tomasz Kuszczak and Henrique Helario to start with.

    <ok>

    I was amazed at some of the quality players still unemployed, especially as we seem to be employing the duff ones!

    It's quite depressing seeing how many players get offloaded to be honest. Justin Richards was quite good a year or so ago. He played for us at the start of his career and was useless, but he obviously worked hard and made the grade for a while.

    There's half a page of Torquay castoffs too...
