For your viewing pleasures.... http://www.givemefootball.com/pfa-transfer-list Let's take a look at some serious suggestions from the pot....however I am stuck at work so at this moment in time can only look at a few of the first pages. More to follow! Joe Anyon (GK) - released by Lincoln and ended up their season as their No. 1, most likely to be used a back up goalkeeper here. Joe Anyinsah - can play on either wing or up front. Might be a bit steep as he has spent the last couple of seasons in L1, most notably with Carlisle and Charlton. Alan Bennett - tough tackling centre back, formerly with Wycombe and Brentford. Has good experience in this league at getting teams promoted. Febrian Brandy - we already know about him, however is he physically strong enough for L2? Dean Brill - already mentioned briefly on this site, would IMO be a fantastic addition and a contender for the number 1 jersey next season. Jason Brown- we can dream, eh? Ben Burgess - prolific striker who has struggled in the last couple of seasons. Wages may be too high for us but certainly has profitable lower league experience. Jake Cole - lost his place towards the end of the season as Barnet narrowly avoided the drop. Another prospect as a back up goalkeeper? Former England youth international. Steve Collis - another goalkeeper released after a backup spell at Peterborough. Tom Cruise - young centre back released by Arsenal...probably a mission impossible signing though. Omar Daley - I have my doubts that he would sign in the wake of possibly asking for too much money...but in my opinion would be a cracking signing, tricky on the wings and very pacey. Liam Davis - former Arsenal trainee. Released by Northampton, can play at either left back or left wing. Daryl Duffy - released by Bristol Rovers, left in the wake of Will Hoskins' terrific season form. There are actually some cracking looking players on the above site...please let me know your thoughts.
lets be honest thats not bad and there not that much difference between the conference and league 2. plus he's played league football before. personally i think he's worth a shout
and peope complained that julian was prone to slip ups um no thanks and i think he'll want a lot of money and i'd rather bring in haneman (spl?) or freidel for that sort of cash
What about Chris Holroyd? Released by Brighton and a target for Luton Town. He scored a few for Stevenage last year.
Would be a good signing IMO - L2 is definitely his level and hopefully wouldn't command much of a wage.
