It will be interesting what finally happens, also the Bullard saga continues, and what will be the final outcome of that one?

Hear Tevez is planning to sue Mancini for defamation of character. Would be a perfect irony if his lawyer refused to come off the bench and defend for him

I think this is just a technicality, the charge that he faced at Man City carries a maximum two week fine under FA/PL rules, it's not that they think he was in the right.

Sheik Mansour the owner has come out and said he will Pay any legal costs of Mancini himself.

Also,,, Man City are also considering counter sueing Tevez for any future monies lost on his sale value. ie.they want 40million and anything less they will go after Tevez for it.

I also agree that PFA need to get real and join the real world. Footballers are not un-touchable and maybe both Citys should be Champions in leading the way in bringing such wasters as Bullard and Tevez to account.

I don't see where Tevez's excuse is, he's paid ridiculous sums of money every week to kick a ball about and can't be arsed to go out and do his job. Language barrier or not, it's not rocket science to understand that your manager wants you to come off the bench and play. Tevez's views on the club and life in Manchester are well documented, City are being beaten at one of the leading lights of European football with not much hope of getting back in the game, it's not gonna be an advertising prospect for someone who doesn't have the desire to play for the club. The truth obviously hurts and Tevez is angrily denying claims of unprofessionalism against him, hopefully anybody with any sense will rule Tevez as being the guilty party.

MANUEL. The world and his wife knows that Tevez refused to come out and play. The TV pictures dont lie.

Tevez is Dead in the Water already.

Surely "refusing to warm up" is tanatamount to "refusing to play". You cannot play without warming up at almost any level. Simples......<grr>
