Lennon will never win at as long as he is picking up suspensions and getting in arguments with the authorities. Saying that, I think Ross County ended with an incredible record this season, so can see how Derek Adams got it. Although he did have a budget that would put a lot of SPL clubs to shame this year...
I agree with Dev and Tom, but I have to add that it is the hatred that so many of the people in Scotland because Neil Lennon is an R.C. from the six counties that doesn't roll over and allow himself to be ill treated. Long may Neil remain as a top manager in Scotland, they will push him to the lin=mits and hopeful as he becomes more immune it will become like water off a duck's bask. Neil don't let them get to you. Some people regard some of your comments as outbursts. All right thinking men know that the most dangerous out burst by anyone in Scottish Football was Sally's about 10 days ago. When he demanded to know and Rangers fans deserved to know the names of the people who made the decision that could kill Rangers. He hasn't been charged by the police or by SFA yet. He knew there was an inter club written agreement last July confirming , the names of these people would remain unknown. He already knew the name. Imagine the outcry, if when Neil Lennon was been threaten every week and supporters of Celtic and Celtic players were threatened. if Neil had issued a statement demanding to know the names of the people who were trying to kill him, his family and Celtic. I think you would find N. Lennon himself locked up.
SH; agree with the McCoist----Lennon statement BTW heard through the grapevine one or two english clubs lining up Lennon for next season, have you heard any of these rumours?
Probably just pub banter Dev,but the guy i was talking to was dead against Neil Lennon, but says there was murmers his club were interested in him due to the fact he is in the "Fergie mould" whatever that means. Damned if i can remember the team he was talking about, may have been "Blackburn" but dont quote me on that. Incidently how long is Lennon contracted to Celtic.
Might have helped a little then I suppose. Neil Lennon won the SPL title against a club which had a £15million advantage of tax payers money. Quite an achievement in my book.
