Yes please!! I was on the Grange End in pretty much a straight line from where he hit it. I can remember my jaw dropping in disbelief. Fantastic goal from one of greats of Cardiff City. Thanks for reminding us Scull.
Aye it was a wonder strike! I’d just graduated from the Grange End to the Bob Bank and was right behind that shot all the way. Great memories.
Great goal, I was there too, on the Grange. Bobby Woodruff scored a screamer at the Canton End. Didn't end well. We lost 4.3.
Would love to say I was there too but depending on when in 1970 it was then I possibly wasn't even conceived by that point!! Maybe my dad scored at the same time as that shot went in?? If so, I'd like to think he was more pleased with the final result than Peter King must have been
